Ingredients

    2 cups of chickpeas
    1/4 cup of natural peanut butter
    1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup
    1 tsp of vanilla or almond extract
    1 tbsp of grape seed oil (optional)


Tips

Can mix in 1/4 cup of chocolate chips, or nuts, or raisins, or ground flax (1tbsp)
