    1 tbsp Patak's Easy Bombay Potato Curry Paste for 4
    0.25 onion
    87.5 grams diced potato
    .5 cup water
    50 grams canned tomatoes

Directions

1. Chop and saute onion until soft
2. Stir in curry paste and cook for 3 minutes
3. Add potato and water, cover and cook 30 minutes
4. Add potatoes and simmer for 10-15 minutes until potatoes are cooked. Add a little water if necessary.
