Ingredients

    3 uncooked skinned chicken breasts
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    1 Tbsp oyster sauce

    2 Tbsp butter
    1 Tbsp sesame oil
    3 cloves minced garlic

4 sticks thinly slice Chinese sausage (optional)
    4 scrambles eggs
    16oz bag frozen peas/carrots

7 cups of cooked Jasmine Rice (must be cold)
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    chopped green/spring onions
    black pepper

Tips

Can use fresh veges instead of frozen. Can leave out Chinese Sausage if preferred. Warm rice is too sticky so rice must be cold. Leftover rice can be frozen to be on hand for making this a fast meal at home - Enjoy!

Directions

Cube 3 uncooked chicken breasts into little pieces and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and a tablespoon of oyster sauce (found in the international aisle of your local supermarket - and don't worry, it doesn't taste like oysters).

Heat up 2 Tbsp of butter with 1 Tbsp of sesame oil, then add 3 cloves of minced garlic with the chicken. Cook until no longer pink, then add about 4 sticks of thinly sliced Chinesse sausage. cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add 4 scrambled eggs to the meat. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then add a 16oz bag of frozen peas/carrots mixture. Mix in about 7 cups of cooked Jasmine rice (must be cold).

Add soy sauce and stir fry until light golden brown. Stir in chopped green onions and sprinkle in black petter to taste.
