Introduction

This is a mixture of Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal, which I find too sweet (and higher cal), and Kashi 7 Grain Puffed cereal, which has no sugar added and reminds me of the big bags of puffed wheat and rice my Mom used to buy when I was a kid. Loved that stuff! Mixed together you get all the flavor without the need to add any sugar. Ingredients

    1 box of Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal = 5 c.
    1 box of Kashi 7 Whole Grain Puffed cereal = 8 c.

    Mix together. I usually try to break up the larger chunks of the "Crunch" cereal.

Tips

1/4 cup of fresh blueberries and 3/4 c (6 oz.) skim milk adds only 88 calories, making a satisfying breakfast for only 210.3 calories
