Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Fettuccine, 8 oz
    Beans, Bush's Cannellini Beans, 1.5 cup
    Artichoke Hearts, 14 oz
    Milk - West Soy Plus Plain Soy Milk, 1 cup
    Sour Cream (Tofutti - Better Than Sour Cream) Substitute, 2 tbsp
    Nutritional Yeast, 4 tbsp
    Braggs Amino Acid, 6 tsp
    Kalamata Olives Brine, 2 tbsp
    butter (earth balance), 1 tbsp
    Fresh Lemon Juice from 1 lemon, 1 serving
    garlic, cloves of, 3 serving
    Tofutti Vegan Cream Cheese, 1 tbsp
    Alcohol - Chardonnay White Wine 1 oz, .5 oz
    Garlic Powder, 1 tsp

Directions

Prepare pasta according to package directions.
In food processor or blender, process all ingredients except pasta. Pour sauce into a saucepan and heat on medium heat until begins to boil. Remove from heat and add salt to taste. Top pasta with sauce.
