    10 ox extra firm tofu
    3/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
    1 cup pineapple chunks

Directions

Mix tofu and sauce, marinate 1+ hour, add pinapple and mix well. Bake 20-30 minutes in a preheated over (350F)
