Ingredients

    4-5 anchovies
    2 egg yolks
    ground pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2-3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2-1 tsp ground mustard
    1/2 cup olive oil
    2 tbs parmesan cheese
    8 cups chopped romaine

Directions

mash the anchovies with garlic and pepper until a paste. Add ground mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg yolks and lemon juice, mix well. Add olive oil slowly while whisking to create an emulsion. Let sit covered in fridge for at least an hour. Clean and cut lettuce in ribbons. Mix lettuce and dressing, garnish with parmesan.
