Ingredients

    3 egg whites
    1/2 cup mushrooms
    1/2 tsp fresh parmesean
    shallots
    spray olive oil
    salt and pepper

Tips

Add feta or spanish onion if desired


Directions

Whisk together egg whites, shallots, salt and pepper. Saute mushrooms in a small frypan for a couple of minutes. Add egg mixture. Remove from heat when cooked. Add parmesan on top
