Ingredients

    6 boneless skin less Chicken thighs
    10 oz bag yellow rice

Directions

Boil chicken thighs for 30 minutes or until tender with fork. Pour chicken broth into bowl for use with yellow rice. Pull apart chicken thighs into pieces. Measure out 3.5 cups of broth and bring to bowl in pot. Add yellow rice and chicken, let simmer for 20-25 minutes, until most water is adsorbed.
