Ingredients

    *Publix Instant Brown Rice, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Beans, black, 1.75 cup (remove)
    *Canned diced tomato, no salt added, 1.75 cup (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    1 chopped onion

Directions

Sautee onion in olive oil until soft. Add Beans and tomatoes WITH liquid. Bring to boil then add seasonings and rice. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes or until rice is tender. You might need to add more water through the cooking process.
