Ingredients

    1 Falafel patty, cut in half
    Pita bread cut in half
    2 slices of tomato
    1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
    Yellow bell peppers, cut in thin strips
    -about ten strips
    1/4 cup onion slices
    2 tbsp fat-free Italian dressing.

Directions

Falafel mix can be used. You just add water and let sit for 15 minutes. Cut veggies while you wait. Form into patties and brown lightly, about 5 minutes. Put all ingredients into pita halves.
