    10 PERDUE FIT & EASY Boneless, Thin-Sliced Skinless Chicken Breast
    1/2 (4 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
    1/2 package frozen spinach, drained
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1/4c egg beater with 1 tbsp. water
    1/2 c. unseasoned dry bread crumbs
    2 tbsp. olive oil


Heat oven to 375 degrees. Flatten chicken. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, spinach, garlic until combined. Spoon equal amounts of mixture across narrow end of each breast. Roll jelly roll style. Secure with toothpicks. Dip in egg, then roll in crumbs. Place in baking dish seam side down; drizzle with olive oil. Bake 30 minutes until golden.
