    Canned Tomatoes, 5 cup
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    vodka, 1 fl oz
    Light Cream (coffee cream or table cream), 1 cup
    Basil, 1 tbsp


Serve over anything. Your favorite protein, already cooked, may be added in the last five or ten minutes of cooking.


Sautee crushed garlic over low heat in the olive oil, in the center of a very large skillet. When it is soft and aromatic, add the crushed or diced canned tomatoes and vodka. Cook over medium-low heat until reduced about one-third; add the cream and basil and reduce again.

Serving Size: makes about 8 1/2 cup servings, depending on reduction
