Ingredients

    1 cup butter
    1 cup sugar
    1 large egg
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 tsp baking powder
    3 cups flour

Tips

Chill dough for half an hour helps it roll out better.


Directions

Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla together with a mixer. Add baking powder and flour. Stir flour in one cup at a time. You will have to add last cup of flour by hand. Roll out 1/4 " thick and cut with desired cookie cutters. Cook at 400 degrees for 6-10 minutes.
