Introduction

BROILED ITALIAN TILAPIA FILLETS BROILED ITALIAN TILAPIA FILLETS
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can dices tomatoes
    2 small onions
    2 cloves elephant garlic
    2 tsp Italian seasonings/oregano
    2 Tbls extra virgin olive oil
    4 Tbls Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
    Black pepper to taste

    4 4 ounce tilapia fillets (broiled)
    1 cup uncooked brown rice

Directions

saute spices and onion and garlic til caramelized, add tomatoes and dressing and simmer til tender.

Cook rice, broil fish. Spoon 1/2 cup rice(per serving) onto plate top with fish then cover with sauteed items.

Serving Size: makes 2 servings
