Introduction

Very Filling! Very Filling!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1/3 cup Olive Oil
    Better than Bouillion or other chicken stock paste
    1 small onion
    5 cups fresh baby spinach
    1 lb. skinless boneless chicken tenders
    1 package Baby Bella mushrooms
    1/2 cup white wine
    1 cup cherry/grape tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 a box of Barilla Plus Rotini Pasta

Directions

Cook Barilla Pasta according to instructions.
Mix 1/2 tsp of Better than Bouillion with 1/2 cup water
Heat a deep skillet
Dice your onion and saute
Add the chicken tenders and lightly brown them
Slice your mushrooms
Throw in your mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes
Saute
Add your Better than Bouillion chicken stock
Saute
Add your white wine
Saute and toss with prepared pasta
