1/2 cup Holland House Red cooking wine
2 Tbs Balsamic vinigar
sprinkle garlic powder over top of mushrooms to taste, do not overdue. about a tbs
salt and pepper to taste
slice portabello mushrooms in long strips thickness to your liking
sautee mushrooms in olive oil, add balsmaic vinegar let sautee for about 3 mins and add red wine and spices to taste. sautee for about 15 minsutes on very low.
