Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

Extra lean ground beef, 806 grams
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
*Green Pepper - Raw, chopped, 0.5 cup
    *onion, chopped, raw, 2 cup
*Carrot - raw, chopped, 2 cup
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp
    co-op crushed tomatoes, 28 oz
    co-op tomato sauce, 14 oz
*Heinz, Maple Style, Beans in Sauce, 1.25 cup
heinz chipotle bbq style beans, 14 oz
heinz chili style beans, 14 oz
Unico red kidney beans, 19 oz
    3 cloves of fresh garlic

Tips

If you have made this too early let the mixture continue roasting at a low heat (300 degrees). Remember to keep the sauce level up so it doesn't burn!

Directions

Bake the ground beef until it is cooked (browned). Season it with the seasonings that you like the flavor of! I use pepper, oregano, Mrs. Dash (regular and spicy), and garlic powder.

While the HB is roasting cut up the vegetables. Boil them in some water - once soft pour the vegetables and the water into the roaster (after the HB is roasted!).

Open the tins of beans, tomatoes, and tomato sauce then pour these cans into the roaster. Top the mixture with water and bake at 375 degrees F.
