Ingredients

    15 lb. Brussels Sprouts
    30 Slices Bacon
    6 cups Chopped Onions
    Water as or if needed
    1 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
    20 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Tips

DO NOT PREPARE VEGETABLES MORE THAN 30 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING TIME. MINIMUM COOKING TEMPERTURE SHOULD REACH 165 DEGREES.


Directions

Cook Bacon in oven until crisp. Reserve Bacon grease.
Steam Brussels Sprouts 20 minutes in steamer
Sautee Onions in Bacon grease. Do not drain grease.
Drain Brussels Sprouts and toss in Balsamic Vinegar.
Stir in Onions and Bacon
