Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 butternut squash (~2 c)
    1 c dashi
    2 Tbsp sake & mirin
    1.5 Tbsp sugar & soy sauce
    salt (optional)

Directions

Add all ingredients to pan, bring to boil, simmer 25 minutes or until squash is cooked. Drain off extra liquid.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1/4 c servings
