Ingredients

    2 cups hot water
    2 cups 100% Bran cereal
    1 cup Fleishmans unsalted margarine
    4 eggs beaten
    3 cups sugar
    1 quart buttermilk, lowfat
    5 tsp baking soda
    5 cups flour
    1 tsp salt
    4 cups All Bran cereal

Tips

Keep the uneaten muffins in refrigerator. DO NOT USE PAPER LINERS!!


Directions

Mix together water and 100% Bran. Set aside
Mix together margarine, eggs and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Do not stir when dipping. Add to greased muffin tins. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 7 dozen muffins
