Ingredients

Apricots, dried, 1 cup, halves
Raisins, 1 cup (not packed)
Apples, dried, 1 cup
potato starch, 120 gram(s) (8 tbsp)
Water, tap, 2500 mL
Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp (add more or less or none depending on preference)
Tips
Serve with milk or as condiment to porridge.
Try adding lemon zest, or wuater of lemon.
Directions
Wash dried fruit in hot water, then pour just boiled water over fruit in colander. Drain.
Bring 2.5l water in pot to boil, add fruit, add sugar to taste. Simmer until fruit increase in size.
Mix potatoe starch with a bit of cold water until no sediments visible. Add starch suspension to boiling water mixing vigorously. Stop adding once required consistency is reached.
Allow mixture come to boil, and remove from oven immediatly.
Let cool.
