Ingredients

    1 bulb of Garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp Ginger Root, minced
    1 can of Tomatoes
    1 medium head Napa Cabbage, cut into bite sized pieces

Directions

Spray a deep skillet with Pam cooking spray or use a small amount of oil to grill the garlic and ginger. Add the can of tomatoes and the cabbage. Stir it all together and let simmer until the cabbage is wilted and soft, about 20 mins. If it gets too dry, add water.
