*TVP-Texturized Vegetable Protein is a food made from defatted soy flour. It is then texturized into crunch bits. It is usually cooked in water or broth and then resembles ground meat. It is usually sold in Health food stores in bulk, very inexpensive.
**PB2 is a defatted powdered peanut butter. It can be found at many health food stores, or ordered online through Amazon or bellplantation.com. And trust me, it's worth it!
