Introduction

Tasty, spicy soup to warm your bones on a cold winter day. Tasty, spicy soup to warm your bones on a cold winter day.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 cans of stewed tomatoes -mexican style
    1 can of diced tomatoes and green chilies
    3 cans of chicken breast
    2 cans of black beans
    1 can of corn
    1 box of Chick broth 99% fat free
    Salt
    Pepper
    onions 1 cup or so chopped
    Green pepper one whole pepper chopped
    a touch of chili powder or cajun spice
    the secret ingredient (a splash of orange juice)

    Throw it all in the crockpot the night before you leave for work and in the morning start it up to cook for as long as you need.

Tips

Great the next day service with rice on a tortilla maybe a little cheese.
