Ingredients

    For Sauce
    1/2 tsp ground mustard
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
    1 tbsp cornstarch
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup lite soy sauce

    for beef/vegetables
    1 16 oz bag asparagus stir fry
    1/4 12 oz bag green beans
    1/4 12 oz bag of sweet corn
    1 bag tyson steak strips

Directions

combine ingredients for sauce in bowl and mix well. heat oil in wok. add beef and heat for 1-3 minutes (more if frozen). add sauce and vegetables. stir well. cover and cook for 8 minutes or until vegetables are cooked and sauce thickens.

Serving Size: makes 5-6 1 cup servings
