Introduction

Ingredients

    12 oz package fresh cranberries
    2 apples
    1 20oz. can crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
    1/2 sugar

Tips

I chop 1/4 of the cranberries and 1/2 an apple at a time. This seems to work best for my food processor but other food processors may work differently.


Directions

Chop cranberries and apples in food processor. Stir in pineapple, orange juice concentrate and sugar. Can be served immediately but will benefit from sitting ( covered in the refrigerator) for 3 to 4 hours.
