Simple salad recipe for one! Simple salad recipe for one!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3.5 oz tilapia
    1 cup spinach
    handful of almonds
    1 small apple
    lemon for dressing

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Once fish is thawed, season however you would like. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for about 20 to 30 minutes.

Combine all other ingredients and add fish when cooked.
