Ingredients

1 box whole grain linguine
12 cherry tomatoes, chopped
6oz bag baby spinach, rinsed
1.5 lbs shrimp, cooked, tails removed
1 jar Cheesy Ragu, Light Parmesan Alfredo sauce
1 tsp each garlic powder & onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
Tips
Bagged spinach is pre washed, however, the residual water from rinsing will aid in wilting the leaves.
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Heat a large skillet over medim high heat.
Add tomatoes and spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted.
Add shrimp and spices. Warm through.
Reduce heat to low. Add alfredo sauce.
Simmer 15-20 minutes.
Add pasta.
