Ingredients

    1 can green beans
    1 can sliced carrots
    1 can early peas
    1 can potatoes
    1 can or 2 cups frozen okra
    1 can whole kernal corn
    5 cans recipe reday tomatoes
    1 can full of water
    1 can tomato paste
    1 pound lean ground beef, browned
    pepper to taste

Directions

Drain all vegetables except tomatoes and place ingredients in a crock pot and heat thoroughly. Long slow simmer brings out the flavor.
Recipe fills a 3.5 quart crock pot with 14 1 cup servings
