30 grams of smoked salmon
0.5 an avocodo, chopped
2-3 cups of mixed greens
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce (can use reduced sodium if desired)
1 small dash of garlic powder (optional)
Directions
Salad:
Add smoked salmon and chopped avocado to 2 cups of mixed field greens.
Dressing:
Mix red wine vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil together. Add a small dash of garlic powder (optional). Pour sparingly over salad and toss til lightly coated.
