Ingredients

2 pieces of small chicken tenderloins
1 piece of Flatout light Italian herb flat bread
    2 tbls. of hummus
    1/4 cup of shredded carrots
3 thick slices of roman tomatoes
    1/4 cup of feta cheese
2 outer or inner leafs of romaine lettuce

Tips

For best results, I recommend marianating the chicken in a ziplock bag of about 2 cups of italian dressing, it really makes the chicken tender and juicy.

Directions

Grill tenderloins on a grill like a George foreman or broil in oven at 350 degrees till brown on each side.
While chicken is cooking, prep all veggies and start assembling the flatbread.
Preheat a skillet or leave the George foreman, even after the chicken is done, you will need this to grill the entire wrap when it is complete.
Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus in the center of the flatbread. The veggies should go in the center so the the round ends of the flatbread are left and right not up and down.
Place the two leafs of lettuce in center ontop of hummus. Then pour shredded carrots all over lettuce from top to bottom.
Once the chicken is done, place two pieces of chicken in center of flatbread.
Add tomoatoes and feta cheese ontop.
Now fold one end of the flat bread to the center, and then the other over it. Place it on the grill or medium heated skillet for 30 seconds on each side. If you have a two sides heated skilled close the wrap in it and leave for 1 minute.
Remove, cut in half and enjoy!
