Ingredients

Perdue Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, All Natural, 1 filet, 4.8 oz.
Daisy Light Sour Cream, 2 tbsp
weight watchers double cheddar blend shredded cheese, 1/4 cup
La Tortilla Factory 100 Calorie Whole Wheat Tortilla, 1 serving
Knorr French Onion Soup Mix, 1 tbsp
Garlic, 3 cloves
alfalfa sprouts (as much as you want)
lettuce (as much as you want)
plum tomato (I use one either sliced or diced)
Tips
I layer my tortilla like this:
(bottom) Tortilla, spread of knorr and sour cream mixture, plum tomato, lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, cheese, chicken. (top)
Directions
1. Cook one chicken breast halve and garlic cloves in a skillet on the stove top. (add salt and pepper to taste)
2. While chicken is cooking, mix together Knorr mix and sour cream in a medium sized bowl. Spread a small amount of the mixture down the center of your tortilla. Make sure you leave enough to coat the chicken.
3. Add veggies and cheese to tortilla.
4. When cooked through, chop up chicken and garlic together.
5. Toss the chicken and garlic in the knorr and sour cream mixture until thoroughly coated.
6. Add chicken and garlic to tortilla.
7. Fold tortilla and enjpoy!
