Ingredients

    * Beef, tip round, 2.5 lb (remove)
    * *Yams, 2.5 cup, cubes (remove)
    * Baby Carrots, raw, 400 grams (remove)
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup (remove)
    * Peas, frozen, 0.75 cup (remove)
    * *Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 0.5 large (remove)
    * *Flour, white, 0.33 cup (remove)
    * Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 6 cup (remove)
    * Salt, 2.5 tbsp (remove)
    * Pepper, black, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Garlic, 6 cloves (remove)

Directions

cut the beef into 11/2" cubes
place the flour in a ziploc bag and add a few pieces of beef at a time to lightly cover the cubes in flour, remove the pieces and set aside.
repeat this until all pieces have been lightly coated
cut the remaining vegetables into 1 inch pieces
add all of the ingredients into a 6-quart crockpot, turn it on low and cook for about 8 hours.
