Ingredients

    1/2 c. Canola oil
    2 T Brown Rice flour
    2 T Sorguhm flour
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 cans cream style corn (3.5 cups)
    2 cans whole kernel corn (3.5 cups)
    6 T tomato paste
    cayenne pepper (to taste)
    pepper (to taste)
    salt (to taste)
    3 bay leaves
    water (to desired consistency)

Directions

Make brown roux with oil and flour.
Add chopped vegetables.
Cook until tender.
Add all other ingredients except shrimp.
Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer for 30 min.
Add shrimp & simmer additional 30 min.
