*HEB Diced Tomatoes Mexican Style, 3.5 cup (1 can)
*Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies- Hatch brand, 2.5 cup (1 can)
1 package sliced baby bella mushrooms
1 small package baby carrots
*Protein Venison Sausage 73% venison, 227 gram(s) (1/2 pound)
*Burger Meat Patty - 80% Lean Raw, 16 oz (1 pound)
*Ore Ida Chopped Onion, 1.25 cup (1 large onion diced)
*Green Bell Pepper (1 Serving equals 1 Large Pepper)
1 T cumin
2 heaping T minced garlic
2 t sugar
1.5 t salt
1 T chili powder (adjust to taste)
Directions
Brown meats. Dice onion and bell pepper and add to meats. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add mushrooms, carrots, tomatoes and spices. Adjust seasonings.
