Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb each ground beef & Italian seasoned pork sausage
    1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
    Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    Salt
    Pepper
    Other seasonings

Tips

For low-carb diets, the bread crumbs can be replaced with pork rinds, just crush them to bread crumb consistency. I like to use a food processor for this.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix (I like to use my bare hands) all ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to loaf pan or other baking dish. I like a 9x9 cake pan. Bake for one hour or until the meat is thoroughly done to FDA guidelines.
