Introduction

Ingredients

1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. diced potatoes
1 can green beans NO SALT (undrained)
1 can sweet corn (undrained)
1 8 oz can NO SALT tomato sauce
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 cups water
Tips
**I believe the sodium calculation is wrong b/c i don't think the canned veggies listed are NO SALT ADDED**
**changes can be made for lower calorie count by omitting potatoes and swapping beef for turkey**
Directions
1. Cook meat with onions, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and garlic clove in skillet until brown. Remove and Drain when done and set aside.
2. In same skillet add 2 cups water and add potatoes cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
3. Return ground meat to skillet and add canned veggies and tomatoes sauce.
4. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender.
For those NOT on a diet can enjoy with a warm piece of corn bread.
