1 Cup (152gms) Arrowhead Mills Organic Sprouted Grain Pancake & Waffle Mix.
1 Lg Egg, beaten
1 Tbsp Oil, Olive
1 Tbsp Honey
3/4 Cup + 1Tbsp Milk, 2% Organic
Tips
The original recipe says 4 sections, but for my waffle maker, it made 5.
Because I had them, I topped the batter on the Waffle maker with blueberries.
Directions
1. Mix liquids together & add to dry Waffle mix.
2. Stir all ingredients together only enough until most of large lumps are gone. Do not over mix.
3. Cook according to your waffle maker's instructions.
