Ingredients

    3/4 lb Top Sirloin sliced thin
    1 Egg White
    1t Corn Starch
    1/2 t low sodium Soy Sauce
    1/4 t Sugar
    1/2 t Vegetable Oil
    1 medium carrot shredded
    1/2 large green pepper cut into strips
    1 clove garlic crushed
    1/2 t finely chopped ginger
    1/2 t chili paste
    1/2 t low sodium Soy Sauce
    1 scallion chopped

Tips

Serve with rice or oriental noodles


Directions

Cut top sirloin into thin strips
mix beef strips, egg white, cornstarch, 1/2 t low sodium soy sauce, and sugar in a bowl
let stand for ten minutes
spray wok with cooking spray and heat over medium high heat until spray starts to bubble add 1/2 t vegetable oil to wok, add beef mixture and stir fry 2-4 minutes until brown. Add Carrots, green pepper, garlic and ginger and stir fry 1 minute. Stir in chili paste, 1/2 t low sodium soy sauce, and scallions cook and stir fry 30 seconds.
