Ingredients

    1/2 c. onions
    1/2 c. celery
    1 T. extra virgin olive oil
    14 oz. package of seasoned bread cubes
    1-1/2 c. chicken broth
    cooking spray

Directions

Saute onions and celery in olive oil until transluscent. Mix together croutons, onion & celery mixture, and chicken broth. Spray 9 x 9 glass pan with non-stick spray. Spoon stuffing mixture into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered with aluminum foil or lid. Cook for an additional 10 minutes uncovered.
