Ingredients

½ cup applesauce or canola oil
½ cup slenda brown sugar
½ cup splenda granulated sugar
2 egg whites
2 Tablespoons fat free milk
2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
½ cup of peanut butter
½ Teaspoon salt
3 cups old fashion oats
1 ¾ cups whole-wheat flour
1 Teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl mix the first 7 ingredients and beat at medium speed for 2-3 minutes or until all sugars have dissolved.
In a separate bowl mix salt flour and baking soda together and then slowly add to liquid mixture. After combined add oats and chocolate chips.
Transfer to 9x13 baking dish that is sprayed with pam. Use wax paper to press into dish and make even. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to completely cool until form. Cut into squares and store tightly covered.
