Ingredients

3 Organic Lemons, with the white pith, no seeds or rind

3 Tbsp Organic Raw Flax Seed Oil (or Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or Coconut Oil)

1 Organic Apple, remove core if desired (or 1 Organic Pear)

1 Tsp Celtic Sundried Sea Salt

6 Cups Pure / Charged Water

3 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or Raw Honey, or Stevia Equivalent)

Tips

To remove the lemon from the rind and include the white pith: Cut the lemon in to quarters lengthwise. Carefully cut between the rind and pith around both pointy ends of each quarter. Peel away the lemon and pith. Pick out the seeds.

If you have a small food processor or blender. Process the apple/pear and lemons and then do the rest of the ingredients in batches and combine everything in a pitcher and stir.

Directions

1. In a food processor or powerful blender, process the apple and lemon segments with pith (see tip to remove from the rind) until fine.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and process or blend.

3. You will have a frothy, nutritious drink.

4. Refigerate.
