Introduction

quick & delicious!! Serve this with some fresh sliced veggies...broccoli, carrots, zucchini, olives, cucumber, etc...
I add just enough sriracha to give it a little KICK..but add however much you'd like. (Just dont forget to compensate for however much you add) :)

Ingredients

1 cup lite/reduced fat sour cream
1/2 cup salsa (I used store bought salsa)
    approx. 1 tsp sriracha sauce
1/2 cup chopped broccoli pieces (or whichever other veggie/veggies you enjoy)

Directions

Simply mix sour cream, salsa & sriracha in a bowl. Serve with chopped, raw broccoli (or whichever other assorted veggies you happen to enjoy). I included broccoli in the nutritional value for this recipe.
If you want an extra kick of spice, add some more sriracha or a shake of cayenne pepper/tabasco sauce/hot sauce/etc.

Serving Size: makes about 6 1/4 cup servings.
