Ingredients

    Lime Juice, .5 cup
    Orange Juice, .25 cup
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    *Cumin powder, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tbsp
    Bay Leaf, 2 tsp, crumbled
    *Pork loin, boneless, 3 pounds
    *fresh sweet onion 1 large
    Hunt's Manwich Original Sloppy Joe Sauce, 16 0z can
    Salsa-homemade fresh, 1 cup
    *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 1 package

Directions

For marinade, combine lime juice, water, grapefruit
juice, garlic, oregano, salt, cumin, pepper, and bay
leaves in a medium bowl.
Pierce meat in several places and place in crock pot.
Pour marinade over meat.
Cover pot with stretch wrap and chill in the
refrigerator for 6 + hours, turning occasionally.
Remove from fridge and top with sliced onion.
Cook on low for 10-12 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.
Discard Bay leave and remove meat. Using 2 forks,
shred pork.
Add taco seasoning, salsa and sloppy joe sauce.

Serve with a bun and with black beans and rice.
