Ingredients

    Por Kwan Tom Yum Paste, 1 tbsp
    Six Fortune Instant Stir-Fry Noodle, 50 gram(s)
    Shiitake Mushrooms, 4 mushrooms
    Shrimp, raw, 10 small
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Fresh Chives, 1 tsp chopped
    Dash of kalamansi powder

Tips

Fresh tomatoe wedges, a splash of coconut milk and enoki mushrooms are also excellent additions to this dish.


Directions

Chop mushrooms.

Boil water, kalamansi powder, mushrooms and tom yum paste for 2 minutes.

Add noodles, stir gentle with chopstick to break up. Cover and boil for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes add shrimp. Cover and boil for 1 minute longer. Serve hot.
