3 1/3 Cups (2 16 oz cans) Rinsed Bush's Reduced Sodium Garbanzo Beans
3 Large Carrots
1 C Walnuts, toasted
1/2 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Cloves Garlic
6 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp white pepper
Directions
Chop up the walnuts, carrots and chickpeas in the food processor and put in large bowl.
In separate bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and pepper. Pour over the other ingredients.
Chill.
