Pork Tenderloin, 35 oz
Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
Beans, white, 1 cup
Kroger Garlic Spread (1 serving = 1 Tbsp), 3 servings
Onion powder, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .25 cup
Directions
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork in pot.
Season pork with onion powder and black pepper.
Spread the garlic spread over the pork.
Sprinkle seasoned ground bread crumbs over garlic spread.
Wash/scrub potatoes and quarter them; place pieces around pork.
Add water around the pork.
Drain and add corn over contents of pot.
Drain and add white beans over contents of pot.
Cover and set on High.
