Introduction

Ingredients

    1 c cooked rice
    2 eggs
    1 ripe banana
    1/2 cup milk
    1 Tablespoon flour
    Optional: Add a little cornmeal, cinnamon, brown sugar, nutmeg, vanilla, walnuts, pecans, etc.

Directions

Blend all ingredients. Cook each side until slightly browned.
