Introduction

Ingredients

    1 whole wheat tortilla
    .5 cup vegetarian refried beans
    1 oz lowfat cheddar or colby cheese
    .25 cup fresh tomato
    .10 cup chopped onion
    1.5 cup chopped romaine or iceburg lettuce
    1.5 tbsp salsa
    1tbsp light sour cream (I like Daisy brand)

Tips

You can also pan fry the tortilla with the refried beans and cheese with cooking spray if you have time.


Directions

put tortilla on place, spread refried beans in the center of tortilla. Top with cheese. Put plate in microwave for 30 seconds to a minute until cheese is melted. Add your toppings roll it up and eat!
